The book begins with an introduction to Chinese brush painting, followed by basic techniques on how to use the equipments provided, especially how to use the Chinese brushes before showing you how to paint each animal with step-by-step instructions. Each animal is accompanied by an interesting short story.
Originally, I wrote this book for the young folks because I want to show them that they can also learn Chinese Brush Painting, but this book is also very suitable for beginners. With all necessary materials included in the kit, anyone can have a taste of the art before deciding whether to continue painting with the Chinese brushes more seriously.
